A Coach's Eye, A Photographer's Lens
How I anticipate, position, and time the moments that matter.
I've coached gymnastics for over a decade, and I photograph like a coach. I closely observe each athlete's warm-up and memorize their skills and directions so I can put myself in the best spot for the peak moments. Because I know what each element should look like, I can anticipate the timing and angles - so the images don't just record a routine; they feel like being right beside your athlete.
As an athlete, I often received photos that looked fine but didn't feel like the moment. That's why I built the coverage I wished I'd had - I shoot for feeling, not just proof. The aim is to honour the dedication and training behind each routine, showcasing the decisive skills and the small, human moments that tell the whole story.
On meet day, I strategically track the rotation order, read the gym for clean backgrounds and light, and reposition between events to catch peak action from the best angles. It's a constant juggle designed to keep your athlete front and centre - when it matters most.

• Professional editing on your selected images (colour, exposure, cleanup)
Booking Notes
• Capacity: limited slots per session (up to ~8 athletes to maintain quality).
• Details at checkout: athlete name, club, level, and date/session information. **If your athlete’s session number or exact start time hasn’t been released yet, enter the competition day (if known), write “TBD” for the session, and include their level. I will place them in the correct session based on the draft schedule.
