I work from a list of athletes for each session, not a general floor. Pre-ordering is how your athlete gets a plan.

Step 1 · Choose coverage

Pick the events that matter to you

Packages are sized by the number of events, not by apparatus. Choose floor, beam, bars or vault in any combination. Returning families often book one event they care about most.

Film one of my events instead of photographing itFull routine on 4K video, plus a 1080p copy. Same package price, and the photo count drops by five. You choose which event is filmed after you pick your events. Five more edited photos now +$90Add them before the meet at a lower rate than after your gallery opens.

How coverage works. I'm one photographer on the competition floor. Almost always I can cover every event you choose. Sometimes two of my athletes compete on different apparatus at the same moment. When that happens, I photograph a backup event so your athlete still has a full event of images. If an event you chose is missed, I'll offer you a refund or an adjustment, and I'll honour it.

Questions families ask

Can my athlete get just one event?

Yes. Spotlight covers one event of your choice, including bars, beam, vault or floor. You don't need to buy floor.

What if my athlete is injured or scratches?

Email me before the session. You get a full refund, less the card processing fee.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Add events or photos before the meet, and pay the difference. Upgrades close when the competition starts.

How do I add photos after the meet?

Your gallery includes details on adding more photos once it opens. The rate is set on the day your gallery opens.

Is my athlete's image private?

Yes. Your gallery is private to you. Images are shared online only if you tick the release box above.
