Welcome to this one of a kind Gymnastic Sportrait experience, led by professional photographer Luke!
With over a decade of coaching experience, Luke brings a unique blend of skills as both a seasoned gymnastic coach and an expert in competition photography at provincial, national, elite, and international meets. His deep understanding of the sport ensures that each portrait captures the dedication and artistry of each athlete and allows him to highlight the unique strengths and skills of each gymnast.
Session Details
Sessions will take place in the Pre-School Room at Langley Gymnastics on the following dates:
Monday, January 6th / Tuesday, January 7th / Wednesday, January 8th
from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM each day.
Booking Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation with your assigned session day and time. You can indicate your preferred date and time window on the order form.
Sessions times are assigned on a first-come, first serve basis. Be sure to book early to secure your spot!
Basic Portrait Session - $6510-minute session / 2 included edits & group photo
DURATION: 10 Minutes / COST: $65
This package is designed for quick yet impactful imagery, offering a focused ten-minute session for athletes who want to showcase their strengths. Athletes can select from predetermined skills and poses to maximize time and achieve polished results. The shoot will take place in a controlled setting, utilizing a single white backdrop to ensure consistency and professional-quality results.

2 professionally edited images selected by you from a personalized gallery / Group photo / Additional images at a reduced rate
Extended Portrait Session - $12520-minute session / 5 included edits & group photo

DURATION: 20 Minutes / COST: $125
For athletes seeking a more dynamic experience, this 20-minute session offers the flexibility to incorporate basic equipment and capture a variety of skills, poses, and headshots. With two separate backdrops available, athletes will have a more versatile setup that allows for a range of shots, from action poses to personality-driven captures. This session is perfect for athletes who want to showcase both their athleticism and energy in a creative, action-packed setting.

Group Portrait Session
This package offers a flexible and personalized experience for siblings or small groups, providing each athlete with dedicated time to shine while capturing both individual portraits and group photos. Each athlete will receive two professionally edited individual images, along with a group photo featuring all participants together (or smaller groupings, as requested). This session is perfect for families or teams looking for a well-rounded collection of individual and group memories and allows for a collaborative photoshoot experience.
COST / DURATION:
2 athletes: $150 total / 20-minute shoot
3 athletes: $210 total / 30-minute shoot
4 athletes: $260 total / 45-minute shoot
5 athletes: $300 total / 60-minute shoot
INCLUDES:
Dedicated individual photoshoot for each athlete plus group photos for siblings or teams / 2 professionally edited images for each athlete /1 group photo featuring all participants (or smaller groups if requested)
